This Privacy Policy explains how the corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, that operates the DramaKing service ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") processes your personal information when you use our short-form video streaming Services. We may update this policy from time to time; please review it regularly.
2. What Personal Information We Process
2.1 Information You Directly Provide
- Account Data: display name and email address (received when you sign in with Google).
- Payment & Transactional Data: your purchases of coins/credits and episode unlock history. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full payment card numbers.
- Communications & Feedback: information you provide when you contact support or send feedback.
- Marketing Preferences: your choices about receiving marketing messages.
2.2 Information from Third-Party Sources
- Google Sign-In: when you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email) according to your Google settings.
- Service Providers: we receive information from our payment, analytics, and advertising partners.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Data: IP address, device type, unique device/advertising identifiers, and log data.
- Viewing & Usage Data: series/episodes viewed, watch time, episodes unlocked, search queries, items clicked, and navigation paths within the Services.
- Communication Interaction Data: e.g., whether you opened our emails (pixel tags).
3. How We Use Your Personal Information
- Provide & manage the Services: create and operate your account, deliver streaming, manage coins/unlocks, provide personalized recommendations, and process payments.
- Improve & analyze: understand usage and improve our Services and content.
- Safety, security & compliance: prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.
- Marketing: send updates and personalize your experience, where permitted.

3-A. Advertising and Ad Partners
Our Services are supported by advertising. We work with third-party advertising partners, including Google (AdSense / Ad Manager) and Aniview, to display ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Services and/or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Services and other sites.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and optout.aboutads.info.
4. How We Share Your Personal Information
We may disclose your information to:
- Service Providers: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), video streaming & storage (Cloudflare Stream / R2), authentication (Google), payments (Stripe), and analytics providers.
- Advertising Partners: as described in Section 3-A (Google, Aniview).
- Authorities and others for legal reasons: where necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
- Business Transferees: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- Aggregated / de-identified data: which is no longer identifiable.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and deliver advertising. These include:
- Essential cookies — required for sign-in and core functionality.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Services are used.
- Advertising cookies — used by us and our partners (Section 3-A) to serve and measure ads.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized ads as described in Section 3-A.
6. Data Storage, Security & Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary:
- Account & profile data: while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure (residual backups purged within 90 days).
- Payment & transaction records: retained for 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Viewing & usage / log data: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated/anonymized.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Support communications: retained for up to 3 years.
We use reasonable security measures, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Marketing: opt out via the unsubscribe link or by emailing contact@drama-king.xyz.
- Cookies & personalized ads: manage via your browser and the opt-outs in Section 3-A.
- Account: you may request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing contact@drama-king.xyz.
- Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.

Our Services may link to third-party sites we do not control. Please review their privacy policies.
9. Age Restriction (Adults Only)
The Services are intended solely for adults aged 18 and older. They are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18. We may ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older, and if we learn we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it. Contact contact@drama-king.xyz to report.

We are headquartered in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States by us and our service providers.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not "sell" your personal information for money. We do "share" certain data (such as identifiers and usage data) with advertising partners for targeted advertising; you may opt out via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page or by emailing contact@drama-king.xyz. To exercise your rights, contact contact@drama-king.xyz; we may need to verify your identity. Residents of other U.S. states that provide a right to opt out of targeted advertising may exercise that right the same way.
